Biography:

Originally from Quebec, Canada, Dr Boileau was born and raised on a dairy farm. After obtaining her DVM at Montreal University Veterinary College, she completed an internship in Bovine Medicine and Surgery at the same institution in 2001. She completed a 3 year residency program in Food Animal Medicine  at Oklahoma State University in 2004.



Fields of Interest:

Bovine obstetrics and ophthalmology, small ruminants and camelid medicine, neonatalogy, clinical neurology



Current Research Focus:

Management of bovine dystocia using tocolytic drugs, novel treatment for infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (pinkeye) using predatory bacteria, and treatment of coccidial enteritis in camelids.
