About GRE Scores...
- The General GRE must be taken prior to November 30th.
- Scores must be in applicant's file by January 15
- Use Institution Code 6558
About the Application...
- Application deadline is October 1
All Applicants
- Apply through VMCAS
- Send application fee to VMCAS
- Send evaluations through VMCAS
- Submit Supplemental Application to OSU CVHS
- $50 processing fee to OSU CVHS
- Send all transcripts (official, sealed) to OSU CVHS
