(March 19, 2009 Stillwater, Okla.) – You’re invited to visit the OSU Center for Veterinary Health Sciences during Open House on Saturday, April 4, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Watch this for more details View the Open House 2009 Video here.

 

Look inside Oklahoma’s only veterinary college and see what tomorrow’s veterinarians are learning. Discover the facilities and technologies available to care for your animals. See a variety of exhibits and live animal demonstrations covering many aspects of veterinary medicine.

Schedule a tour of the center’s veterinary hospital by calling 405-744-6961.

Children, bring your torn teddy bear or stuffed animal for a hands-on Teddy Bear Surgery where you will help repair your own bear.

There is no charge to attend. No personal pets are allowed and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences is one of 28 veterinary colleges in the United States and is fully accredited by the Council on Education of the American Veterinary Medical Association. The center’s Boren Veterinary Medial Teaching Hospital is open to the public and provides routine and specialized care for small and large animals.
