OVMA Names Veterinarian of the Year OSU Alumnus Dr. Graf Honored PDF Print E-mail

Dr. Lyndon Graf, Class of 1978 and owner of Marlow Veterinary Clinic, was recently named the 2007 Veterinarian of the Year by the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA).

Dr. Graf has a mixed animal practice and is very active in organized veterinary medicine. He is a past president of the OVMA and current president of the Southwest Veterinary Symposium. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, American Society for Theriogenology, American Association of Equine Practitioners and the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association.

He is also an active community member and supporter of many civic organizations. Dr. Graf has been recognized as “Outstanding Young Man in America,” and the 1996 Marlow Chamber “Man of the Year.” He and his wife, Debbie, have three children—Tristan Graf, DVM, OSU Class of 2004; Gatz, third year veterinary student at OSU; and Diana, a senior at Oklahoma Baptist University.
