Each year a CVM Alumni Association Committee meets to review nominations and select deserving recipients in recognition of their outstanding contributions to society and their excellent portrayal of all that can be accomplished after receiving a degree in veterinary medicine.
The Distinguished Alumni Award is selected and presented by the College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Association Committee in recognition of outstanding professional and personal achievements and contributions to the enhancement of the veterinary profession.
