| OSU Veterinary Center Hosts Open House |

(February 8, 2011 Stillwater, OK) – Come visit Oklahoma State University’s Center for Veterinary Health Sciences during Open House on Saturday, March 5, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Look inside Oklahoma’s only veterinary college and see what tomorrow’s veterinarians are learning. Discover the facilities and technologies available to care for your animals. See a variety of exhibits and live animal demonstrations covering many aspects of veterinary medicine.
Take self-guided tours of McElroy Hall to see what students are learning and of the veterinary hospital, which is open to the public providing animal healthcare at its best. Many displays and hands-on activities will be presented.
Participate in the Zoo, Exotic and Wildlife silent auction (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and the live auction (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.) where all proceeds help fund medical and surgical care of local wildlife.
There is no charge to attend Open House. No personal pets are allowed and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Join us for Open House at OSU’s Center for Veterinary Health Sciences!
The Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences is one of 28 veterinary colleges in the United States and is fully accredited by the Council on Education of the American Veterinary Medical Association. The center's Boren Veterinary Medial Teaching Hospital is open to the public and provides routine and specialized care for small and large animals.
