| Job Description | The Monrovia Equine Services Clinic is a new state-of-the-art facility in the final stages of construction, opening planned for summer 2008. It is located at Whitney Farms, a Quarter Horse and Appaloosa breeding and training farm 12 miles southwest of Indianapolis, In. at the town of Monrovia. The clinic includes the following facilities:
The successful candidate will work with Dr. Scott Bennett, Director of the clinic. Dr. Bennett is also the owner/ operator of Equine Services, PSC, located in Simpsonville, KY., serving the equine industry of northern Kentucky. It is intended that the Monrovia Equine Clinic will provide a full line of medical services with an emphasis on lameness, surgery, and reproduction. Expected clients include the growing horse racing industry of central Indiana and local owners, breeders, and trainers. In addition to their medical responsibilities, the successful candidate will participate in the hiring of clinical staff and provide daily supervision and performance evaluation of staff. |
