| Job Description | The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine has an opening for a 12 month, tenure-track or clinical-track faculty position as an Assistant or Associate Professor in Surgery. The successful candidate will share service and teaching responsibilities with the other faculty surgeons. The position will provide the opportunity to develop a collaborative research program in the discipline of surgery with others throughout the Department, College and University. |
| Qualifications | Qualifications include the DVM or equivalent degree and specialty training in an ACVS-approved residency program.
Diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons is preferred, however, ACVS board eligible candidates will be considered. Research training and advanced degree is also preferred. |
