Have the freedom to diagnose, treat, and perform surgery, and the ability to work at a more relaxed pace, with minimum half-hour appointments and a schedule that rotates between 4 days and 4 ½ days per week. No on-call or emergency duty, and several referral centers and specialists are available nearby.
