We are a 2 veterinarian practice located in south central Kansas seeking a motivated associate interested in professional and practice growth. Our practice is approximately 60% large animal and 40% small animal. Large animal is comprised of cow/calf, stocker, sale barn, equine, with the balance being small ruminant. New grads welcome to apply. Benefits: health insurance allowance, liability, CE allowance, AVMA/KVMA dues, paid vacation and holidays, shared emergency duty. Facilities: hydraulic chute, radiology, ultrasound, OB chute, horse stocks, and Stubbs equine dental setup. Small animal facility includes endoscopy, vetscan. Truck with Bowie box provided. Hi-Plains Veterinary Services is a strong cow/calf and stocker and small animal emphasis, with an untapped equine clientele. Our practice is very family oriented and we feel that mentoring is very important to an associate as well as the health of the practice. We are looking for an associate that would like to buy in at a later date. Pratt is a town of 6500 people in the agricultural and ranching area of South Central Kansas. Excellent upland bird hunting as well as trophy whitetail hunting is easy to find. Pratt has excellent school systems and a number of churches.
