| Job Description | The RGV Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic is searching for a full-time Veterinarian for its newly renovated, fully equipped stationary clinic located in McAllen, TX. This clinic will be the first and only low cost, high volume non-profit clinic serving the Rio Grande Valley and Deep South Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the estimated 300,000 pets in the RGV. In 2007, an estimated 32,000 dogs and cats entered the only open admissions animal center in Hidalgo County. More than 27,000 or 82% were euthanized due to overcrowding. The RGV Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic is a Humane Alliance National Spay/Neuter Response Team mentored clinic and will be the first clinic mentored in Texas.
