| Job Description | Position: Assistant/Associate Professor of Small Animal Internal Medicine, Department of Small Animal Medicine. Description: Tenure-track position in the Department of Small Animal Medicine with the clinical assignment being in the Small Animal Internal Medicine Section. Responsibilities: A job description is available upon request. General responsibilities include providing patient care, teaching students, both in a classroom and clinical setting, providing service to clientsand developing a referral practice in Small Animal Internal Medicine. | Qualifications | DVM or equivalent degree. Certification by ACVIM will be given preference, however, candidates who are eligible to take the ACVIM boards will be considered. Demonstrated aptitude, ability and enthusiasm for classroom and clinical teaching are required. The candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with others in a team environment. |
