| Job Description | The property is located in the North West corner of Oklahoma County in the Deer Creek community. The closest cross streets are McArthur and Edmond Rd with its entrance on Edmond Rd about a half mile west of the intersection.. As far as I can tell there are no Equine facilities in this region, but there are dozens in the North East corner of the county (Edmond and Arcadia area) and one in Western Piedmont. Deer Creek is a fast growing, upscale community with neighborhoods like Galardia and Rose Creek and lots of ranches with horses.
My property has a total of 75 acres, much of it fenced, with 25 acres fenced in metal post and wire with heated automatic water troughs and metal sheds in each paddock. It has a very nice, brand new, 8 stall, heated barn with an insemination stall, vet center (sink and cabinetry), wash down stall, small office, bathroom, tack room, feed rooms and electric roll up doors on either end. It sits next to a 2500 square foot ranch house and a 800 square foot guest house that could be used as a front office. It also has a 600 square foot dog kennel building.
I am looking to rent the facility to one or more young veteranarians that are looking to set up shop in this neighborhood. I am willing to negotiate rent for all the facility or part and will make it a great deal. |
