| Qualifications | Position Description:
Act as an Engineering and Technical Consultant to Support International Growth Initiatives 1) Provide engineering ownership and consulting support for Forge activities for new markets 2) Develop initiatives that drive asset utilization to support the 5 Year Planning process for International markets 3) Support Merger and Acquisition engineering and process activities Develop working relationships with the leadership teams from key global system and technology suppliers 1) Responsible for working with major Material Handling Equipment Suppliers around the world 2) Work directly with the Senior leadership team from the various global suppliers 3) Provide leadership to negotiate pricing, scheduling, and service on capital projects 4) Provide conflict resolution on project road blocks, budgetary constraints, and timeline concerns Support Strategic Global Initiatives 1) Provide engineering process and design leadership and support for key International programs around the globe 2) Provide support for Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Logistics productivity initiatives Minimum Qualifications: BS / BA degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field. Minimum of 5to 8 years for professional experience including project management experience (budgets, schedules, etc.). Operations experience (Store Ops, Replenishment, Supply Chain) or Supply Chain Experience (Logistics, Transportation). Experience traveling and implementing projects / systems. Management experience. Expense P&L experience Additional Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration or Engineering. 2 to 4 years of consulting experience. International working environment experience. Language skills (Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese). |
