General information: general practice, primarily small animal, some beef cattle, equine, camelid. We have two clinics in two small coastal towns located 20 miles apart. We are committed to a common sense approach to the art of veterinary medicine and to providing quality service that results in a good income; income is not the driving force!
Associate responsibilities: provide quality veterinary care though appropriate diagnostics, medicine and surgery. Emergency and weekend duties are shared.
Compensation: Based on salary plus health and liability insurance, CE, State and DEA license, AVMA/OVMA dues, vacation pay, possible buy in.
Community information: The area abound in recreational opportunities; lakes, creeks, rivers, ocean, mountains, forests, sand dunes and beaches as well as wild life observation (eagle, osprey, elk, whales, and much more). Two friendly communities (populations of 5000 and 9000) with good sized retirement population. |
