| Job Description | Island Animal Hospital – We are a multi-doctor practice located in/on St. Simons Island. GA. We are searching for a small animal Associate Veterinarian for our hospital. We are located in a fairly new, stand-alone building. We have ultrasound and do much of our lab work in-house. We do basic surgeries, but also use a nearby referral clinic for more complex cases. Our practice is predominantly small animal, but we will also see our share of avian and exotic pets from time to time, as well as occasionally get involved with local wildlife and seabird cases. St. Simons Island is an affluent resort and residential community of 18,000 people just off the Southeast coastline of Georgia. Thanks to our gorgeous beaches as well as top-rated golf courses, fun restaurants, Key West-style bars, a full-service marina, and miles of bike paths this little Georgia Island is your potential dream place to call home. We are 1 hour south of Savannah and 1 hour north of Jacksonville.
