Associate wanted (new graduates welcome) at I-20 Animal Medical Center, one of the largest and most successful practices in the state of Texas, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We are a privately owned, AAHA-certified, well-managed, 24-hr emergency/critical care referral and full-service practice with 15 doctors, including a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry. Our medical director is residency-trained in emergency and critical care medicine. Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility was a 1999 winner in the National Merit Award Hospital Design Contest. A veterinary ophthalmologist also operates a private practice in our hospital.
We are a busy, exciting practice and doctors are very well-compensated with flexible schedules to allow plenty of time to enjoy the rewards of hard work! Our most recent graduates earned up to $140,000 in 2007. Excellent benefits including C.E., vacation and health insurance. Our doctors are highly motivated, enthusiastic, personable, flexible, skilled and committed to providing university-level care to our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. New associates have a long-term mentorship with our medical director to learn and utilize advanced internal medicine diagnostics and advanced critical patient care. We have a large, well-trained support staff with a 3:1 tech:doctor ratio. Equipment includes video flexible and rigid endoscopes, bronchoscope, ultrasound including Doppler, diode laser, MedRx system, dental xray unit, full in-house lab, two full surgical suites, and a large fully-equipped ICU. We are a privately owned, AAHA-certified, well-managed full-service general practice and 24-hr emergency/critical care referral and with 15 doctors, including a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry and residency-trained criticalist. Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility was a 1999 winner in the national Merit Award Hospital Design contest.
